Idk if it cost anything if so let me kno
but i want a rule banner with a CP Pick(Club Penguin)
saying rules:
No Spaming
No Asking For Mod or Owner and Main Owner
No Major Cussing
No Racist Lang
No Sexual Videos,Pictures, and sayings

Thats it if you cant or if it cost nvm the whole thing
